Privacy Policy

This policy explains how East Valley Duct & Vent Services ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or call the number on it.

What East Valley Duct & Vent Services is

East Valley Duct & Vent Services is a free service that connects people looking for Air Duct Cleaning in Mesa, Arizona with independent local contractors by phone. When you call, you enter your ZIP code and your call is connected directly to a contractor who serves that area. We do not perform the work ourselves, and the contractor you are connected with is a separate business with its own privacy practices.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, address or a description of your request. When you call, the phone system receives the number you call from, the ZIP code you enter, and basic call information such as the time and length of the call. Calls may be recorded by the phone service provider for quality and spam prevention. We do not ask for payment card details.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to route your call to an independent local contractor who serves your ZIP code, and to filter spam calls. The contractor receives your call, and with it the number you are calling from, so they can speak with you directly.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the contractor your call is connected to, the service providers who operate the phone line and this website, and where the law requires it.

What happens after the connection

Once you are speaking with the contractor, any quote, agreement, scheduling or work is between you and that contractor. Their handling of your information is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

Call records are kept only as long as needed to operate the phone line, prevent spam and meet legal obligations, then deleted.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number on this website and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
